Ingredients
For the Bowl:

6 slices bacon

2 chicken breasts

6 Tbsp + 1 tsp Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil, divided

4 Tbsp Meyer Lemon White Barrel Aged Balsamic, divided

4 tsp Parmesan Asiago Dipper & Seasoning, divided

1 ½ tsp Roasted Garlic Infused Sea Salt, divided

1 head green leaf lettuce, chopped
-
1 cup cooked grain (farro, rice, or quinoa)

2 vine-ripened tomatoes, sliced
-
½ avocado, sliced
-
¼ cup pepper jack cheese, shredded or crumbled
For the Creamy Garlic Lemon Dressing:

2 Tbsp Greek yogurt

Remaining Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil

Remaining Meyer Lemon White Barrel Aged Balsamic

Remaining Parmesan Asiago Dipper & Seasoning

Remaining Roasted Garlic Infused Sea Salt
Directions

Cook the Bacon
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out the bacon.
Bake for about 30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
Transfer to paper towels to drain, then chop. -
Marinate the Chicken
Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and place in a bowl.
Toss with 2 Tbsp Caramelized Garlic Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp Meyer Lemon Balsamic, 2 tsp Parmesan Asiago Seasoning, and 1 tsp Roasted Garlic Sea Salt.
Let marinate for at least 1 hour (up to 6 hours for extra flavor). -
Cook the Chicken
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tsp Caramelized Garlic Olive Oil.
Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and lightly golden. -
Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, remaining 4 Tbsp Caramelized Garlic Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp Meyer Lemon Balsamic, 2 tsp Parmesan Asiago Seasoning, and ½ tsp Roasted Garlic Sea Salt until smooth and creamy. -
Assemble the Bowl
Start with a base of lettuce, then layer on grains, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, avocado, and cheese.
Drizzle generously with the creamy garlic lemon dressing. -
