Order Processing Times

In-Stock, Ready-Made Items

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

  • Processing time does not include transit time


Made-to-Order Items

Items labeled Made to Order will include an estimated production time in the product description.

  • Standard production time is 2–3 weeks

  • Once production is complete, we make every effort to ship your order by the next business day

  • Orders ship using the most economical shipping method unless upgraded shipping has been requested and paid for


High Volume Periods

During busy seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and recommend allowing extra time during these periods.


Shipping Carriers & Methods

We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selecting the most economical option based on:

  • Package size

  • Weight

  • Destination

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email (if provided) that includes:

  • Shipping date

  • Carrier

  • Tracking number


Special Requests

If you have special shipping instructions or gift-wrapping requests, please include those details at checkout. While we do our best to accommodate requests, fulfillment timing may vary.

Free shipping promotions:

  • Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions

  • If multiple offers apply, the best available option will be automatically applied at checkout
