Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn or unused

  • In original condition

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs

  • Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items shipped with free or promotional shipping are still subject to the restocking fee

Restocking fees are waived if the return is due to an error on our part, including:

  • Defective items

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items sent


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (including food and candy)

  • Custom or made-to-order items (including personalized or special orders)

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the eligible item

  2. Place a new order once the return is approved


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, where permitted by law.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With tags and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Restocking fees and shipping terms outlined above apply where legally allowed.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically occurs within 10 business days

  • Bank or credit card processing times may vary
