Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Move over, butter. These Garlic Paresan Mashed Potatoes are here to steal the show - creamy, dreamy, and full of rich flavor without a single stick of butter in sight! We're talking silky mashed potatoes kissed with Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil, a touch of Black Garlic Sea Salt, and a sprinkle of parmesan that'll have everyone asking for seconds (and maybe thirds).

        Directions:

        1. Add potatoes to a large pot of salted cold water. Bring water to a simmer and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

        2. Strain potatoes and add to a large bowl. Use a potato ricer for smooth potatoes or a hand masher for more textured potatoes.

        3. Mix in Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil, half and half, Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt, and Parmesan. Careful not to overmix to avoid a gluey texture. 

        4. Top with chives and serve.
