This 'Regal' statue reminds me of pheasant hunting in South Dakota. My husband and sons have participated in many pheasant hunting trips over the years here in Aberdeen, SD. You can find these beautifully colored birds along road ditches and in fields all year long. 

Marc Pierce does such a beautiful job capturing every detail of a ring neck pheasant in this sculpture. This piece would be a beautiful addition to a hunting lodge, cabin or as a commemorative gift to an avid pheasant hunter.
