Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup Vine-Ripened Raspberry White Barrel Aged Balsamic, plus more for finishing
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Bean Infused Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Directions
- In a skillet over medium heat, toast the coconut flakes and chopped pecans until lightly golden and fragrant, about 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and immediately toss with the Vine-Ripened Raspberry White Barrel Aged Balsamic and Vanilla Bean Infused Sea Salt.
- Drizzle additional Raspberry Balsamic around the inside of clear serving glasses or jars.
- Layer Greek yogurt and the toasted coconut pecan mixture into the glasses.
- Finish with an extra drizzle of Raspberry Balsamic before serving.
