Late Night Chocolate Cake in a Mug Recipe | Quick 5-Minute Dessert by Olivelle

When that midnight sweet tooth strikes, this Late Night Chocolate Mug Cake is here to save the day! In just 5 minutes, you’ll have a warm, gooey chocolate cake that's simple, easy, and totally irresistible. Perfect for those nights when patience is not on the menu.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp Brownie Batter Sugar Shaker, plus more for finishing
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1/8 tsp Vanilla Bean Infused Sea Salt
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp Brown Butter Infused Olive Oil 
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Creme Brulee White Barrel Aged Balsamic 
  • whipped cream, for topping

Directions:

    1. In a 12 oz. mug, combine the first eight ingredients (flour through balsamic). Stir unitl smooth.

    2. Microwave for 90 seconds.

    3. Let cool slightly, the cake will deflate as it cools.

    4. Top with whipped cream, and a sprinkle more of Brownie Batter Sugar Shaker.

    5. Dig in and enjoy your late-night treat!

    Pro Tip: 

    Add chocolate chips or a drizzle of caramel for an extra indulgent twist.
