When that midnight sweet tooth strikes, this Late Night Chocolate Mug Cake is here to save the day! In just 5 minutes, you’ll have a warm, gooey chocolate cake that's simple, easy, and totally irresistible. Perfect for those nights when patience is not on the menu.
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp all purpose flour
- 4 tbsp Brownie Batter Sugar Shaker, plus more for finishing
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1/8 tsp Vanilla Bean Infused Sea Salt
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp Brown Butter Infused Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Creme Brulee White Barrel Aged Balsamic
- whipped cream, for topping
Directions:

In a 12 oz. mug, combine the first eight ingredients (flour through balsamic). Stir unitl smooth.

Microwave for 90 seconds.

Let cool slightly, the cake will deflate as it cools.
