😏 Let’s Be Honest…
If you’ve ever wanted to feel like a grill master without actually committing your entire day to it… this is your moment.
This ribeye brings big, smoky, steakhouse energy without the smoker, the stress, or the “did I ruin this?” panic.
The secret?
👉 A bold coffee rub that adds deep, earthy flavor
👉 A smoky balsamic glaze that makes you look like you know what you’re doing
It’s juicy, it’s rich, and it’s the kind of meal that makes people go:
“Wait… YOU made this?!”
🛒 Ingredients
- 2 lbs ribeye steak
- 2 tbsp Roasted Coffee Rub & Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Roasted Garlic Infused Sea Salt
- 2 tbsp Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil
- 4 tbsp Smoked Barrel Aged Balsamic
- Green onions (for garnish)
🔥 Directions
-
Season like you mean it
Generously coat your steaks with the coffee rub and garlic sea salt. Drizzle with olive oil and let them rest at room temp while your grill heats up. -
Heat things up
Preheat your grill to high heat. -
Sear for that crust
Grill steaks for about 2 minutes per side to get that perfect sear. -
Finish low and slow (but not too slow)
Reduce heat to low and cook another 4–5 minutes for medium-rare. -
Grill the onions
Toss green onions on the grill. Turn once and cook until lightly charred (about 1–2 minutes). -
The grand finale
Drizzle with smoked balsamic and top with grilled onions. -
Try not to eat it straight off the cutting board
(No promises.)
🔥 Tips & Swaps (aka “Make It Your Own”)
- Want it spicier? Add a pinch of chili flakes to the rub
- Prefer medium or well? Just extend cook time slightly
- No grill? Cast iron skillet = still incredible
- Let your steak rest 5 minutes before slicing (juiciness insurance policy)
