For the Popcorn:

3–4 Tbsp Sweet Cream Butter Infused Olive Oil, divided

½ cup jumbo popcorn kernels

¾ tsp Rainbow Sea Salt, ground

In a large pot with a lid, heat 2 Tbsp Sweet Cream Butter Infused Olive Oil over medium-high heat.

Once the oil is hot, add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot.
Gently shake the pot occasionally to keep kernels heating evenly. -
When popping slows to less than one pop every 3 seconds, remove the pot from heat and let it rest (covered) for 1 minute.

Drizzle popcorn with the remaining 1–2 Tbsp Sweet Cream Butter Infused Olive Oil, sprinkle with Rainbow Sea Salt, and toss to coat.
