Fresh strawberries, tangy Strawberry Lemonade White Barrel Aged Balsamic, and a hint of Lemon Raspberry Sugar Shaker create the perfect sweet-tart base, topped with chilled lemonade and sparkling wine. It’s bright, bubbly, and made for brunches, bridal showers, or any sunny afternoon that deserves a celebration.


🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, plus more for garnish

  • ¼ cup Strawberry Lemonade White Barrel Aged Balsamic

  • 1 tsp Lemon Raspberry Sugar Shaker

  • Sparkling wine, chilled

  • Lemonade, chilled


👩🍳 Directions

  1. Make the strawberry purée:
    Wash strawberries and remove tops.
    Using an immersion blender or food processor, blend strawberries with Strawberry Lemonade White Barrel Aged Balsamic and Lemon Raspberry Sugar Shaker until smooth.

  2. Build the mimosa:
    Add 2 Tbsp strawberry purée to a chilled champagne flute.

  3. Top & serve:
    Pour equal parts sparkling wine and lemonade into the glass.
    Garnish with a fresh strawberry and enjoy.
