Wash strawberries and remove tops.
Using an immersion blender or food processor, blend strawberries with Strawberry Lemonade White Barrel Aged Balsamic and Lemon Raspberry Sugar Shaker until smooth. -

Add 2 Tbsp strawberry purée to a chilled champagne flute. -
